In March of 2017, the McDonalds purchased Elgin Realty, LLC. The rental department then began with only a few properties, with virtually no online presence initially for prospective tenants and homeowners. The property management team took off to include over 100 properties strong at the time of purchase.

Long time Elgin resident and Fletcher native, Jamie McDonald has participated in the growth of Elgin by being the primary Developer and Builder of neighborhoods like Shadow Ridge Estates, Willow Creek Estates, Wolf Creek Estates and Apple Creek Estates Part3B. Jamie’s business partner and wife, Debbie McDonald was born at RACH on Ft Sill, raised in Lawton and transplanted in 2002 to Elgin. With a strong background in Business Development, Marketing and Social Media Advertising, she is also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), current Managing Broker and was an active realtor at Elgin Realty LLC at the time of purchase.
